To order an item directly from the website, simply click on the button next to each item to place it in your PayPal Shopping Cart. You may then proceed to check out or continue shopping. You may view your cart and total at anytime by clicking on the "View Cart" button. At check out you will have the option of creating a PayPal account. Note that this is not required for you to make your purchase but rather to allow you to store certain information for future purchases using PayPal.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

So Girlie uses PayPal, a secure shopping cart system, to accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and now pay by bank transfer with eCheck. Purchases through PayPal are always secure because PayPal uses SSL technology to ensure your account numbers stay safe. In addition, So Girlie is proud to be a Verified PayPal member. Your credit card will not be charged until we have reviewed the order and made sure everything is in stock and ready to be shipped out. If there is a problem with your order, your credit card will not be charged and an explanation will be sent to you via email. Orders will appear as " So Girlie " on your monthly billing statement.

If you would rather pay by check or money order, please make checks or money orders payable to “ So Girlie ” and mail payment to: So Girlie , 5 Greenwood, Irvine, CA 92604. Please note the item(s) will be shipped immediately upon receipt of money order or when the personal check has cleared the bank.

SALES TAX

So Girlie charges 7.75% sales tax to all orders shipped within the state of California.

CUSTOM ORDERS/WEDDINGS

We love designing for brides and wedding parties! Please contact us if you are interested in a particular piece you have seen on the website or wish to have something completely original designed just for you! A 50% deposit will be required when the order is submitted. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped.

At this time we are unable to accommodate wholesale inquiries.

SHIPPING

So Girlie provides free shipping on orders over $100.00 (does not include International orders). Otherwise, a shipping and handling charge of $4.95 will be added to all orders under $100.00 and items will be securely shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For an additional charge of $10.00, items can be shipped Express Mail. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted on the website. Shipments usually arrive in 4-7 days but So Girlie cannot be responsible for delays caused by the USPS.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you and/or your gift recipient to be thrilled with your So Girlie merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order and we will gladly arrange to exchange your item(s) for another item available at So Girlie. If you cannot find anything you like, we offer store credit or will refund your credit card used for the original transaction for the full purchase price of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also note custom or customized orders are not refundable or returnable.

Please email us BEFORE returning the item(s) including your Name, Invoice Number, Item Number of the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange and the reason. You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email and instructions. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed without a RMA number. Please return your package with RMA number to the address below:

Merchandise must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. All items must be carefully packed in a sturdy box and insured (USPS Priority Mail is the most economical and preferred shipping method). We will not process any return or exchange items shipped in envelopes and will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping. Once we receive your package, we will email you to let you know that we have received the item(s) and either instructions on how to use your store credit or information regarding your refund.

REPAIR AND CARE INFORMATION

REPAIRS

If an item should ever break, fall apart or otherwise not hold up to normal, daily activities, simply return the piece in its original packaging within 90 days of the invoice date with a brief note describing what happened for a free repair. If the piece is beyond repairable, we will exchange it for a new piece or if needed, a replacement piece of equal or greater value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CARING FOR YOUR So Girlie JEWELRY

Following these simple care instructions will preserve your So Girlie jewelry for a lifetime:

• So Girlie jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
• After removing your jewelry, wipe the piece with a soft cloth to remove dirt and other residues.
• Do NOT use sonic cleaners, boiling water, or commercial jewelry cleaners to clean your So Girlie jewelry.
• As many gemstones are porous and will absorb water and chemicals, it is often best to polish only with a soft, dry cloth. Chemicals, including soap may cause discoloration in some gemstones. When needed, you may gently wipe the gemstone with a moist cloth.
• Storing your jewelry in individual sealed plastic bags when not worn is also recommended to help slow the natural oxidation process. Do not store in direct sunlight.
• If unwanted oxidation does occur, you can use a silver polish cloth and/or a silver liquid polish cleaner. Be careful not to touch any gemstones with the cleaner as this may cause discoloration of the stones.
• Do not wear your So Girlie jewelry in the swimming pool or Jacuzzi as chlorine will damage silver and gemstones.
• Freshwater Pearls are especially vulnerable to cosmetics, hairspray, and perfume. Over time, freshwater pearls can become damaged from overexposure to these chemicals. Swarovski Crystal Pearls on the other hand are designed to withstand exposure to such elements and should not lose their luster throughout normal activities. So Girlie uses mostly Swarovski Crystal Pearls because of this fact.
